ABOUT THE DAAD MASTERS PROGRAM INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING SCHOLARSHIPS:

The Master degree Program in Infrastructure Planning has been offered since 1983 at University of Stuttgart. Moreover, the course is interdisciplinary and equips students with necessary skills to plan, appraise, evaluate and deliver large-scale complex infrastructure projects

Alumni of the Masters in Infrastructure Planning course go on to work on high positions in different parts of the world

This is a 2-year research-oriented program which is taught in English.  Most of the program is based on research activities

· Ecological Design and Landscape Planning

· Planning and Design of Water Supply Facilities

· Special Aspects of Urban Water Management

· Empirical Studies: Methodology and Applications

Master’s Thesis

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in civil engineering, architecture, urban/regional planning, environmental engineering or related fields

· Be a professional or students specialized as Civil engineers, architects & urban planners

· A minimum of 2 years of professional experience post the Bachelor degree. However, internships while pursuing a Bachelors degree do not count

· Excellent academic record

· Proof of internationally recognised English language proficiency test scores such as TOEFL or IELTS

SCHOLARSHIP PACKAGE:

· Tuition fees at the University of Stuttgart

· Monthly living stipend of 750 euros

· Health, accident & personal liability insurance

· Travel allowance
